Basically, it's the theory that our consciousnesses were pulled in through our dreams into bodies that fit the "Estorian" narrative. Or this whole damn thing is one big dreamspace, take yer pick. That's why some people are changin' as they get visions — it's reality reassertin' itself.
[ shrugs! ]
Under that theory, it'd explain why we can't die, 'cause our physical bodies ain't actually here. An' also why some people just fall into those comas. They ain't sleepin', they're actually awake in the real world, so the bodies here are "asleep."
Ticki-chan wouldn't confirm or deny that theory, so we're keepin' it on the board.
Yer not. But we're havin' entire lives shoved in our heads, wouldn't who or whatever's doin' it want us to believe they're real? An' pain is pretty damn real.
Sea of Monsters. There's an island full of sheep there too, and it's a place kinda separate from the mortal world â time passes differently, and no normal mortals can get in there, let alone leave alive. But Polyphemus lives on that island too and, trust me, he's hard to miss.

[ wanders over to look at the notes, frowning slightly as he does ]
What's the dream theory?
Re: day 248
Bro thinks we could be in a dream.
Seein' as it's his theory, I'll let him explain it.

Re: day 248
You aren't supposed to be able to feel pain in dreams.

Re: day 248
I meant more like, with the performances. Those feel pretty vivid.
Re: day 248
Yer a skill issue.
No kiddin' they feel vivid, though. But vivid dreams ain't so weird, either.
Re: day 248
Yeah, I've had 'em before. An' it could be something equally fucked up, like not necessarily a dream but somethin' else.
Re: day 248
It's just also mega scary. Buuuut so is basically everything about this place.
Re: day 248
We could just be in some other world. [glances at Gray] We've done that before.

Re: day 248
Re: day 248
We got visions of us bein' in a different world from ours, kid.
Re: day 248
Re: day 248
Quick question, there weren't any Cyclopes around, were there?
Re: day 248
[shakes his head]
Nothin' like that. Just a bunch of kids, 'sides from the sheep.
Re: day 248
Re: day 248
â uh, no, definitely not. It sounded a little like a place I've seen once, but guess it wasn't the same thing.
