When we were kids, Yasuko'd wake up in the middle of the night sometimes. Lil' kid nightmares, or she'd have ones 'bout the doctor, stuff like that.

Could never get back ta sleep, so we'd do somethin' like this. I'd make her tea an' we'd sit up watchin' stupid shit like late night gameshows.

[before he can continue, the doorbell goes off. He pushes to his feet]

Faster'n I thought. Give me a few minutes, bro.

[ he nods a little, turning so he can watch Saejima. ]

[he hasn't had the chance to check in with his guys in person, so he's met with an enthusiastic "Welcome back, boss!".

It's a quick exchange; Saejima thanks him and accepts the Poppo's bag he holds out, and at the slightly confused "Is this the stuff you asked for?", Saejima nods and pats him on the shoulder, assuring him it is.

The guy bows - once to Saejima, then again when he sees Majima on the couch. And then off he goes, Saejima shutting the door and heading right into the kitchen with the bag]
